  5. Any kind of TDS or income tax will be borne by the member.

  7. Registration fee is not refundable.
  8. Registration of plot will be done within 7 days after receiving the total cost of the plot.
  9. The Amount deposited by the intended purchaser will refund after three months of receiving the refund application.
  10. Membership fee per plot Rs. 1000/-(Not refundable)
  11. Plots in different projects are all of outright purchase basic and customers can go for instalment with a mutual agreement between the company & himself.
  12. For all the above projects the size of the plots can be changed as per the demand of the member.
